Johny Thomas (Satish) Koppazhayil, a devoted husband and father from the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas, is confronting the final stage of his journey as he lives with end-stage liver failure. After a long period of decline, doctors have shared the heartbreaking news: Johny has only three to six months to live. His condition leaves him completely bedbound and in need of round-the-clock care.

A Legacy of Love and Service

The son of the late Thomas John (Thankachan) Koppazhayil and Annieamma Makil, Johny has lived a life rooted in generosity and sacrifice. In 2018, when a tragic accident left his wife permanently disabled, he stepped forward without hesitation—becoming her full-time caregiver. He gave up his career and personal well-being to ensure she was never alone in her struggle.

Johny now needs that same level of care and comfort. His adult children are working tirelessly to care for both parents—managing their jobs and families while shouldering a profound emotional toll. Their strength is admirable; however, providing care for two disabled parents is emotionally, physically, and financially overwhelming.
